This one is made of select or better KD pine and 12mm cabinet grade ply. I can make it from anything you like. This is the cheapest material I find suitable.

 Dude, I just love looking at your workmanship. Like I said a long time ago, you could sand a piece of wood & I'd sit to watch you do it  I think you might have a niche with proper amount of exposure

That's good... out of curiosity is it possible to do the same (joinery like in this one) but with aluminion sheets in place of the wood? I have no idea what I'm talking about though
