Just a quick job but I thought I'd post it up just to show what you get when you send me a panel to put a window in.


First I cut a piece of acrylic for the window. Then I tapes it into position and marked off all the mounting holes and the frame. Then I laid out and routed the fans holes as specified.


Azcrazy wanted the two 120mm fans right up on the edge of the frame.


These special screws are designed to self tap into acrylic or other plastics. They have a nice looking head and are Torx drive.

I only peeled back enough protective film to attach the panel. This way there is no chance of a scuff or scratch during shipping...plus Azcrazy gets the pleasure of being the first person to look through the window
