those lights are highly UV reactive and thats why I chose them. I did see another set of fans I was thinking about but I ended up going with these ones. Highly anticipating the next update

I'm redoing a few things. I decided to cut down some spacers to fit in the fans just to make the installation stronger on the rad mount. It was pretty much there...but had a little more flex than I wanted to see--which I attributed to the unsupported fan frames.
So the rad is off the case for now and I decided to remount the threaded rods with loctite. Unlike the rad I did for Function13 this rad has formed threads that hang down below the sheet metal about an 1/8" keeping me from properly tightening the stop nut (nothing flat to lock up on). No sense in me rushing it...this has to survive shipping. I probably did not show the lighting for the rad fans thoroughly. When I get it remounted I'll shoot more pics: cam was out of juice last night. But I have the UV CCL tubes trapped in powdercoated C Channels and clamped to the fans using threaded rod and acorn nuts. Very tasty. Yet another invention Easy to change out the lights, hides the lights, aims the lights into the fans. Win win win.I have the pump installed and tubing routed from the res to the pump. Right now I am mounting the HK waterblock onto your lovely CPU and will then mount the Koolance onto the GTX. Once those are done I will be able to plumb the rest of the loop. Cam is recharged. Stand by for pics of the bling.

Loop is complete. Looks awesome. First time using the fat green Feser tubing...it's te shizznit. The color of the fans matches the color of the label on the Corsair PSU...looks great. Rad is even more secure now with the spacers in the fan frame. Good call and well worth the effort of cutting and painting the 8 spacers.
Tomorrow cabling. I have one last special to do: the harness for the lights. And then run the loop and then fire the beast back up and check it out. Looks like I am actually on schedule. Many pics uploading now. Hang in.

![]() When I plumb a loop with a reservoir I make sure to extend the res enough to fill it before I start cutting tubing ![]() ![]() That curve in the tube is going to come in handy later on... ![]() I had to cut down the spacers because the UV Reactive Blue fans in this build have thicker frames than standard. ![]() No paint sticks well to nylon but Duplicolor bumpercoat tries harder. ![]() While the paint dries...waterblocks ![]() That's pretty weird looking. See the color in the milling marks...it's like a rainbow man...is that really there or am I trippin dude? ![]() Shin Etsu: it's what's for dinner. ![]() Mouse turd, grain of rice, lil dab...whatever you want to call it. ![]() That's a fancy looking block...check the tiny slotted grid ![]() Caps are right on the edge of the block...like touching it... I gave it a hand tightening and then undid it to see how well it spread the TIM ![]() Passed the Gravity test. ![]() Hmmm...Son I am Disappoint ![]() Not much spread ![]() Contact. Looks cool, but it's not really what we want. No way around it. Caps can't move and the block is too pretty to mess with. I am not a machinist. I'll just fish some clear plastic film between the block and caps for safety's sake. ![]() 200 Newtons at 19.6mm. I can so that. ![]() ![]() That's what they call for. ![]() Nice looking block. ![]() Time to mount the board

![]() ![]() Sexy board. Looks perfect in the A1200. ![]() Let's get intimate baby. This one is a girl. You can't tell except under UV. Instructions: I read them and follow them with religous fervor. ![]() ![]() ![]() Koolance does a good job of making the process clear...despite the fact the instruction sheet is for the 285... ![]() Cooler removed ![]() Cleaning the TIM residue off the card ![]() The IHS is frosty looking... ![]() Pink is on the agenda ![]() Koolance provided a chart for the GTX 275. ![]() Artic Ceramique spread with a razor blade...Pink TIM on the block...lets make a sammich ![]() I even got to use my special screwdrivers... ![]() Gonna tell you something now man...this has got to get a trim...the SoundBlaster PCIe card lives right underneath it... ![]() I set up a fence on the bandsaw and put in a metal cutting blade. ![]() Single slotted the beeyotch. How many slots does she need anyway? One is how many. ![]() Slimfast ![]() Hot sex it's starting to come together at last. ![]() I mean like Shazaaaam. The Green tubing is GREEN. ![]() Love how the curves follow each other. And now you see what that bend in the feed to the pump is for: the GFX card. Note location ov UV CCL tube: it'll make the tubing blaze. ![]() Radiated: back in postion and plumbed. I had to use some parts from my stash to make it happen...but the loop is sweet. Nice gently bends and sweeps. Only 1 90 degree fitting. Now about those external UV CCL tubes. I sanded down the end caps to fit inside some C channel and powdercoated the channel when I got the brackets done. ![]() ![]() These clamp on either side of the three fans. ![]() ![]() Makes the rad/fan package even nicer to look at. ![]() Now that's the ticket. ![]() I'm really liking this one. Love the colors. ![]() One more trick: the stealthed side panel fan cable. ![]() Just to have a look ![]() Fan controller looks perfect with the foggy res (drained and condensing). ![]() Love the parallel sweeps on the loop ![]() No flash and the tubing looks closer to life in the photos. It's a seriously deep bright alien green. Go Feser. ![]() See how the fans are the same color as the PSU labelling? Weird hunh? Looks custom ![]() ![]() ![]() And that's a wrap. Note the use of stainless steel double wall pinchclamps throughout. There will be no leaks. Every Enzo Fatboy fitting has been tightened using a 15mm wrench. Every tube is pinch-clamped to the barb. The Reservoir ran for close to a week non stop with a high powered pump and a lot of heat dump. I have faith that Xpert's Glowfall will be a trouble-free first time with LC.
