Luckily this reservoir is polycarbonate and chemical resistant.

Thanks CD for going the extra mile and taking time to leak test, and verify warp field containment.

It's tanked up and sitting in the house. If I had a pump I'd surely be running it.

You should see the trek mod Darth Beavis is doing (he has a log on XS). Talk about complicated.

I actually have no clue what it's supposed to be. Some sort of Trek tech station or something...lots of acrylic.

i think i heard something that it is a kind of ...dual station, that will also have monitors hooked up to it so 2 guys can play against/with eachother on it..
freakish deal. /off topic what are you thinking you may do to keep this res from leaking? you're freakishly skilled with everything.. sucks to have such issues with the acrylic res's...

Well this res is made from polycarb so leaking is not likely.
Acrylic , especially acrylic that is not " cell cast" acrylic, is really not suitable for exposure to chemicals. Alcohol for certain destroys acrylic, expecially if the edge has been machined, polished, or flame treated. The last res I made from acrylic did develop some leaks. Which is why I won't even touch acrylic anymore: polycarbonate (lexan) all the way. Daveleaf's custom 5-bay res has been tanked up for a full day and is holding water. Having no way to completely seal it I cannot flow test it ...but I am confident in my work.
