Thanks. My Pro-E learning curve needs a tweak but other than that I am happy enough with the progress made on a few product ideas. I love to invent and design and prototype...I think that's why I mod PC cases

Considering the current size of CDs business and the fact that it has not even begun functioning as MS; I would highly doubt that there would be a customer support position anyways.
