A bug was fixed that caused random 15msec jumps. This is also the newest official version with validation.

not even 40 % is used of my cpu wtX ? and my 1M is so slow .... 17sec ?????

Nothing wrong with that time - its basically the same that i get at that clock speed.

Super Pi is a single threaded application. It will only use 1 core and relies heavily on clock speed.
