I dont get it, I burned the iso with nero , restarted PC & choose to boot from CD.
Booting from CD:
........

& hire the start windows normally screen pops out & it never starts normally. I ran OOCT for 10h in mix mode & got no errors. should i still test my ram? How? am I doing something wrong?

u haven't boot it then ?
you are free to choice what app to burn in the ram you have
but this one especially for ram only always beter than windows based app's
