I used cc over past several years just as a cleaner. Recently used also registry cleaning feature but don't know is it any different result than other programs available, like a)registry cleaner, b)registry mechanic, etc? Anyone used other before and have any comments on that?

Used CC cleaner AGES ago.
Loved it. Cant remember why I stopped using it.

But I know I've found equivalents/superiors.

Could you point some of those out? I've been a tech for several years now and still have yet to come across a better cleaner, especially for free (but then again, I havent been looking too much either). I for one am anal about keeping my computer in top form including tweaking/cleaning/defragging etc. If you know of some other better cleaners, please post em... would like to try them . Its always fun to try new utilities.
