Is there a difference in the 'defragmenting speed' between Windows XP and Vista? Because I'm considering switching from XP x64 to Vista (x64) and I'd like to know the differences in performance of those things etc...

AusLogics are great... Registry Defrag is great as well. I've been using this program for maybe a year now and it's great... Much better the Windows Defragment.

MaximumPC shows that AusLogics Disk Defrag is faster than Vista's builtin one. However, the results are worse. The Vista one defrags better.
