I had to play with some of the services on there to get project torque running (conenctable)

it still helped a ton, and it seems fairly safe. no lock ups or weird stuff yet

Just tried it out, pretty darn good, smoother. Just a little boost helped me out a ton

I'll recommend it.

so you guys know, this is quite pointless software for newer, faster systems

if you are running an older system, this will help quite allot, because what it does is stop unneeded services from starting up, removes start up programs, to free up Ram / CPU useage thus frees up system resources and they go to the games instead

thats because the effect of this tool is directly oriented for underpowered systems running todays applications and games

a high end dualcore wont see anydifference. almost all the singlecores will see something. a triple core or quad core wont even know if its running or not

I saw a bit of a difference while playing games with my old rig. It had a 2.4GHZ P4 proc, 512 mb ram and an nvidia fx5500. People with old rigs(especially with less than or equal to 1GB ram) should try this.
