I was thinking about starting a thread in the Suggestions area but I figured that here would be fine. There's a newer version of CPU-Z (1.28.6) that recognizes the newer San Diego & Venice cores (our version 1.26.1 doesn't) and probably recognizes the P4 600's that Muahahaa was mentioning. It would be nice to get an overclock.net version of the 1.28.6 if that's possible.

We are discussing upgrading our program but unfortunately, CPU-Z has taken a different route now than in the past. It will be a VERY costly upgrade to say the least I am looking into it and alternatives though

This version (1.26.1) of CPU-Z says I'm running at 246.4x8 while the newer version (1.29) corresponds with clockgen, saying 333x8. What's up with that?

Whoever coded it need to keep it up to date . It doesn't recognize my core... which with the newer versions it does.
