Do not confuse this card with my current card that XFX sent as a replacement. The following took place more than a month ago it didn't like just happened yesterday.
__________________So... I was dry ice cooling my north bridge with a little piece of dry ice (like 2 cubic CM) and it fell on my video card (the back of the PCB) and everything went artifact-y instantly so I turned my PSU off right away and then took the ICE off. When I booted it back up by the time it got to windows it was artifacting like hell. Nothing could be made out at all. My question is as follows: What the hell happened? It's dry ice, it doesn't conduct electricity, does it? The worst it would have done is decreased the capacity of a capacitor and made it have a voltage fart until I took it off, but I mean, it all happened instantly.

Sounds like the ice either cold bugged your card, your froze a resistor/capacitor/something to the point where it is perminently bugged.

On this dice pellet probably you had some ice - water is condensing on dice after some time and then goes to ice. It caused short-circuit I guess. But you had bad luck, I often saw when pellets drop on mobo without any issues.
