Default 7+ ghz goal attained with LN2!

I want 7 ghz. It's such a lucky number.

The hardware:

Asus Commando
Celeron 347
Celeron 352
Celeron 360 (in the mail - purchased from lemans81 - thanks!)
Duniek CPU and NB pots
Stinger V8 (for installing OS, loading programs, learning BIOS and preliminary clocking)

7+ ghz goal attained with LN2!-stinger-commando-2.jpg

7+ ghz goal attained with LN2!-stingers-fan-friends.jpg

7+ ghz goal attained with LN2!-cozy-stinger.jpg

On water so far (using my beautiful Stinger block ) I've hit 5.31 Ghz on the Celeron 347. That's with 1.8v, which is as far as I wanted to push it on water. No sense wasting the chip with suicide under water - that's best done under LN2. The best part is that there was no wall. More volts = higher clocks all the way up to 1.8v.

Many more pics and clocks to come as this project commences.

Soon

Was gonna start out with DICE tonight, but prepping the board took hours and hours (as usual) and it's now too late. Gotta go to bed now cause I gotta have energy enough tomorrow to paint my littlest's room. Hmmm, come to think of it, I was doing 2 kinds of prepping all day today

Since I know you all like pics, here's some of the prep job you guys care about:

My black nail polish (black lingerie, to be precise) was missing and this was sitting mysteriously right next to the computer.

Doesn't really match the Commando........but I can take a hint.

A little eraser to make things snug and cozy......

Next thing you know I've mounted my new Duniek NB pot for the first time.

All set up and chomping at the bit!

Gonna have to skip DICE since it will have all sublimed by the time I get to it (got this stuff Tuesday). Gonna have to go straight to LN2.

I think the craving coral suits the commando just fine, too bad about the DICE though.
