so my question is;
__________________how bad is for the cpu to put it under ln2 more then one time. should i expect degradation, lower performance etc? basically, how big is the risk compared to first time? thank you in advance.

Well it really depends what chip and how hard you push it... Ln2 can handle much higher voltages than say air or water, and generally its only for short runs so I'd say it shouldn't make any difference between the third and first run.
If you pushed say 1.4V thats nothing and wouldn't even phase the chip probably. But if you cranked out something insane like 2.4V your chip probably won't last long, even at those temps.

I just use DICE but I can generally get 3 or 4 runs, or more, out of a s/775 chip with 1.7-1.8 v-core before they get flaky. It just depends on the chip really,you never know till you do it. I just wouldn't do bench runs on one if I didn't want to risk killing it.
Mobo's and ram are what I kill a lot of, v-reg's on the boards and over-volting the ram trying to keep tight timings.

HaHa.. ..You'll do fine, As soon as I get a bench mark, CPU-Z,SPI or whatever I load it to a zip-drive to make sure I don't loose it, it's easier to move my bench validations to my 24/7 HDD that way to.Good luck!

Nice, wherd you get the twkr?
Also most CPU's cant take more than 1.9v and still turn on. Your nt going to fry it by putting 2.5v on it, it just wont turn on at that.

I would worry more about condensation than anything else
![]() I was able to get 4 DICE runs out of my P35 DS3L before it got fried due to condensation. I probably would have been able to do more if I would have taken more time to prep it... But, if you know me, I was too excited to wait around so I just did a 10 minute prep job and well you guessed it R.I.P.

I remember my first flash drive, 64MB and cost me like 60$... now anytime there's an info session or career fair there's companies giving out 1gb stick like candy... I have a drawer of just flash sticks 512 - 2gb and honestly don't know the last time I even bought one.
