Hey NP a all, glad it helped a little......Thats just a little low cfm 80mmx25mm fan in there, maybe 60-70 CFM, I thought I might need something with a little more go-go but that works fine for me.

I got a low speed 120x35 (or 32, cant remember) fan I'm gonna try, but its only about 30cfm, there shouldn't be much for fumes so as long as some air is being pulled away it should be good, the workspace is ventilated fairly well also so it should be good.

One more thing, with using kneadable eraser to insulate the MB, ive seen recommendations of still greasing the socket? Is this necessary? I'd prefer not to permanently modify/damage the board.

I have absolutely no experience with ether DICE or LN2 but I do remember a l ittle bit from chem. class in high school, both LN2 (nitrogen) and Dry ice (solidified CO2) are heavier than air and with out proper ventilation the gas will build up starting at the lowest level and rising until you are over come buy the fumes,
so with or with out Acetone you still need some good ventilation to be safe.
Just a thought.

Thanks for the safety advice but that will also be covered, the half shed/shop I'm using has a sliding shed door for a lawnmower etc, that'll be propped open either a couple feet if weather isn't nice, or wide open in favorable weather.
