u have to times 18.25 by the number of hours used a day then times your states average cost for power (.10 is us average, NY is .15)
so the NEW difference is
(USA) (NY)
$7.30 yr more for crt (4 hours of use a day) $10.95 yr
$10.95 yr (6 hours) $16.43 yr
$14.60 yr (8 hours) $21.90 yr

P.S. this is all rounding down 5 watts btw so difference is more
sry about the math mix up
That's ok, we get the idea ;)

Please don't hijack :)
And yeah, LCDs can get quite nice (Such as |2a|N's monitor), but you can also get crappy ones.
When you buy CRTs you almost always know that the colour will be sweet (Compared to most LCDs)

I say LCD!
All those are minor things. I could agree with Image Flicker though, but upping the HZs is the solution!
I don't even say that LCDs sucks, but I'm just saying that you can get CRTs which normally have better performance than a LCD for way cheaper.

Make sure you sandpaper the hole, and then put some U rubber over it to avoid sharp edges. Put some grease around the newly drilled hole, and then screw your computer, screw it hard. Maybe install some UV lights and turn em up to indicate that your computer is also excited.
