Default How to: Enable dual core support within City of Heroes/Villains

Ok this has been bugging me alot recently, but heres the solution

Open up the properties of the shortcut for City of Heroes/Villains, then in the target field add this to the end of the string

"-renderthread 1"

So it would appear something like this

"C:\Games\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.EU.exe" -renderthread 1

Unfortunately i havent seen whether the ALT TAB or Windows Key minimise will work with this fix, ATI users may suffer graphical corruption (but this has been a issue for a while now). I saw no side effects with my Nvidia's :D
