i just used some wire from a fan that busted on me, took out the pins and sized the wire and bam, 2 psu's worked like a charm

Yea, i think when i wire one, i'll use a molex and just take the connectors out along w/ the wire and just do what the picture looks like...easiest and looks clean.

can you like cut open the wires on the primary PSU and connect the green and black from the 2nd PSU there?
__________________and what pins do you connect if you want to turn the PSU always on by using a push button, and push it again and it will turn off

why not just cut the green n black and tie them together if theres a switch on the psu already? ive actuly had to rewire a psu once before. made a 20pin psu into a 16pin. was a interesting expirence. i also had to hardwire in a switch off the old psu because the computer wasnt new enough to have the power button on the mobo

I just wanted to leave the option open for using it in another computer later. Of course with the information above you can do what you are talking about. I dont think I need to tell someone how to splice to wires together with a wire nut though ;)

Is there one of these FAQ's that includes the other four pins...(on a 24 pin connector) Steer me the right way to a schematic or FAQ if ya would, please.
