1100 is in ddr, to find the mhz then you half it so it would be 550

That's correct, I use non-DDR speeds.

I think so, if a beginner sees this and trys right off the bat to hit one of the speeds here on air cooling, where as, in reality, the guy that submited the score did it on phase, we could see fried cards.

That would be a good idea, add the type and make of cooling used on the card to get the clocks

How does one submit his own max speeds?
i have my 9600pro up to 569/251 max...on stock cooling.
do I have to post a screenshot?
