Well, it ain't THE RECORD, but I do have verification for it ;-).

Good ole Radeon9600SE @ 460/230 fully stable, using same clock for games.
Posted verification in the thread as I didn't see anyone else with verifications for this card.
Planning on pushing it some more fo'tha fun.

The 711/810 on my XTX was on air, I'm on water now, and 24/7 @ 735/819 right now. I haven't pushed it to see just what it's limits are (had enough hardware RMA's for a while :D)
