6200A 403mhz core and 540 (ddr)mhz mem. I didn't think it was necessary for a confirmation because its not very amazing, but will give me the record :p.

I have my 256MB ATI X800XL running at 520/605 stable. I can push it further, without getting display corruption in applications, but ATI tool detects errors and I felt I was pushing the card.
__________________I understand that these clock speeds are abnormally high. What can I do to prove that my card will run stably at these speeds? By the way, I pulled off a 3D mark 05 score of 6805. That's with a system based on an AMD 3800x2 OC'ed to 2.6ghz. While I may be new to this forum, I am not new to the forum world. I am an active user over at NBR, and a few other forums. Let me know how you want me to prove that my card can handle these clocks.

Stock speeds : 234 / 399.
No special cooling; only basic case fan (very small one). Perfectly no errors.

Updated.
@jpz, if you could run ATI Tool's artifact scan for at least 5 minutes without artifacts, that is the only proof you need for your overclock. BTW, welcome to the forums. :) @Liyana, You and Reberto share the record. ;)
