Alright i'm on my laptop right now and running through the guide on my desktop.

On the "waittokilltimeout" My stock value is 20,000.

You don't suggest a value so I changed it to 3,000. Is this ok?

I generally just make sure that its value is set to 1 for enabled.

my system doesn't recognize "gpedit"... am I doing something wrong? This happens on both Home and Pro versions.....

Make sure you are not typing in the '' marks. also copy and paste this command in the Run bar and it should work GPEDIT.MSC
