Get window blinds www.windowblinds.com they have a HUGE list of new skins although you need to use the program it enable the skins it dosent bog down you system to bad. I have a 2400+ Sempron(for now) and it worked just fine before i reformatted :D

oh it ONLY works if ur root folder is C:\windows if its not, u have to change it (right click+edit) the 2 batch files
