How to: Resize images using MS Paint?
While it seems most would know how to do this there are a few who don't.
Say you have a 950x800 pixel image like this one. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v324/IKS_TaNgO/li.jpg Open it with paint. On the Image menu, click Stretch/Skew.  Change the values for stretch to the desired percentages. They must be the same if you want the image to remain proportional.   Click ok and then save the image.  In my example I reduced a 950x800 image by 50% The new size is 475x400. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v324/IKS_TaNgO/si.jpg |

allo
hm thats the hard way draw a box round it and drag the corner. but i think most know this its slightly harder to do in adobe photoshop but along the same lines

if u use the corner and drag for some reason ur image get distorted
