And again...sry about the poor pic quality... i need to do a mock up in blender and repost the pics....
I used these heatsinks becasue they are what i had access to, however i do believe that smaller ones would be more efficient due to the fact that you could fill areas easier with less lost space. http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...984&pfp=BROWSE

Did not seem to work for me. I did however, use Vantec ramsinks http://www.svc.com/ice-cubga-86.html instead of Thermaltake ones so had to arrenge them a little different. 2-1*C at most. Either way, lower temps. are always good.

__________________All I want to say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH my friend .. I follow your idea and mod my Big Water CPU block and suprisingly it did reduce my load temp to 8C (from 65C to 57C) and let me tell ya .. it just completely take all the stress I had the last few weeks just dealing with this damm heat issue .. once again .. thanks man.. One quick question .. do you think it would be better if we solder the RAmsink into the heatsink .. or it works better just like it rite now.. I'm gonna get the solder and try it out tomorrow

Seems to me if you had some time, you could lap the ramsinks, and then put them on with AS5. Probably would be a much larger drop in temps.

Hardwaterhacker, you should try and get some better shots of this. It would make the How to look a bunch better.
