Hi, I have a cheap fix for all of those Thermaltake Armor users who do not like the swinging doors (Flaps) because they squeek and are very loose and will not stay open or closed.
__________________1) Purchase some small rubber or nylon washers ( I used rubber 5/32x3/8x1/16 ). You only need two. ![]() 2) Locate the top bracket holding the left or right door in place. Then remove the two screws from the top bracket followed by removing the bracket. Now you should be able to slide the door out a little and lift up to remove the door. ![]() 3) Put one washer on the bottom mounting peg and push all the way down. ![]() 4) Replace the door and secure it with the bracket and screws. Now repeat with the other side. ![]() There you have it. A very cheap (.20) and very easy fix to solve the problems of the squeeky and loose doors of the Thermaltake Armor. By doing this i am able to open the doors at any position an they stay there, also taking care of the squeek. Enjoy!

I was playing with one of those and thought up a simple little fix that'd have been better for this although a lot more complicated. You'd need to run a belt from one door to the other and set up a simple gear so that when you opened one door the other would open as well (I can't be the only one that got pissed when I tried to open both and only one opened).
But then again, I'm a perfectionist. :p

Also, these 2 little rubber washers been holding up since day one. Something TT should of considered instead of leaving the doors rattle around.

I havent done this yet, but I am planning on it. I have also heard of wrapping the posts with tape to stop the squeeking as well.
