VMWare doesn't want to start. Well i mean it starts and then loads hardware drivers and everything then goes black and stays there.

you mean like

all you have to do is click inside the window and hit a key (any key)
it will ask you to log in to setup then you do a sudo reboot and never have to log in agian

At that point, all you have to do is hit enter, then it will ask for the login and password.
