i suspect that might actually damage your noctua they liquid they use inside is likely pure water, and at those temps. they ice up real quick once the system is off . once they ice up, they have a bad habit of crushing the Metal Sintered Powder wick inside the heatpipes (at least i hope noctua uses Metal Sintered Powder pipes ) due to the expansion of ice.
Its fine, I don't leave my window open all the time. I'll open when I'm prime testing for a minute or so to see how much the temperature will drop. Not to mention it gets very dusty right before it snows...
