If you're on a budget, I would recommend the OCZ Vendetta. It's $27 dollars at newegg and IMO it's surpassed the Arctic Freezer Pro as the best budget CPU cooler.

Here's a graph I sourced from a bit-tech review.

*BUMP*

Hey guys, I managed to get up to $55 now (15 more) so I can probably get something better, I'm guessing. Anyways, what should I get now? It has to include shipping Oh and what's the cooling difference between the Tuniq Tower and Cooler Master's Gemini II (with two fans on)

Your's truly

Get the tuniq tower hands down (tuniq has more surface area to dissipate heat more efficiently) Tuniq, or if you can still find it, a ThermalRight 120 Ultra Extreme with a 120mm Fan to mount on the side (the tuiniq and TRUE are the 2 that people will recommend here if you have the money.)
