Im thinking of putting 2 of those on my transformer's side fans, and maybe one on the front 120MM.

Will those hold back air flow?

It does to a point,generally though they try to maintain a balance of flow vs. filter properties.

This looks like a pretty tight mesh,but since it uses tight mesh+thin wire,it maintains a balance.

For a more precise answer,email xoxide about the airflow with these specific filters.

Yes, it does, but only I'd say 1-2cfm...but deifnatly worth it because most of the dust will stay out of your case
