Tried 1.55v, and computer just shut down, didn't even freeze when running IBT. I'm currently running 4.1Ghz with 2600Mhz NB at 1.45v but im still sure I can squeeze that extra 100mhz out of it.

I'm running out of ideas!

Umm..comp just shut down..hope it booted back up..Probably too much draw on 1 rail of your psu..
You probably should back it off a hair ..
