Right so here it is
I can OC my cpu to 2.6ghz (260x10) which means my HT Link has to be set at 260x3=780(keep under 1000 but close as possible)my understanding

So if I clocked it to 2.49ghz(249x100) which means my HT Link can be set at 249x4=996

Would that be better? That is my Question

HT doesn't matter. like i've said before its like putting 6 cars on a 6 lane highway. if you make it wider traffic isn't going to move any faster.
