I dont think it will, But your next upgarde should be a CPU/Motherboard combo, the CPU will bottleneck newer cards. Consider upping to a 4300/6300 and maybe at a later point a HD7850

You will be looking for a Z77 + i5 3570k then, if not 4570k?

The 3930 is a workhorse, it is meant to be a low end server solution, but it will outperform most if not all CPUs in 1155 socket, im just saying this because it will be very expensive

Oh i know that already, some of the games i play require an extremely fast processor mainly BC2 and GTA IV.

The 3930 is MORE than enough to play GTA IV, all it needs is an i3 !

But if you got the money then get it! It is a real overclocker and will reach 4.9+ with the right cooler. That will keep you happy for ATLEAST 2 - 3 years and you will not get tired of it! Not to mention you can upgrade to the upcoming IvyBridge-E

have you ever actually played GTA IV? no way in hell an i3 will even come close to running that maxed. My friend has a 2700K at 5.1Ghz and GTA IV craps all over it.
