I was wondering if i should upgrade the fan on the big typhoon to get more CFM or leave it stock. The fan i was looking at buying is this fan. It is rated at 110 CFM at like 39.5 dBA. Which is a lot better compared to the venus 12 Fan which is like 49 dBA.

Well i have a fan on mine thats 151CFM and 55dBA, personally i can't notice the noise, but sometimes i get headaches for some reason, so i turn it down half way (fan controller) and that takes care of it.

I'd say it makes about 1-2C difference from 50CFM to 100CFM.

Just depends on how much more noise (and headaches) your willing to endure

Thanks, too bad they are all sold out, I think I might go with the Silverstone FM121. Looks to be a pretty nice fan. If anyone else has something they use or recommend, let me know.
