help with ocing my amd 3500+ venice - Overclock.net

hello, i am new to overclocking. after a few years of working with computers, i want to oc my comp to the max. comp comp usually runs at 29C-30C

i have:
Corsair 1024 MB (512MBx2) PC3200 400MHz Dual Channel DDR MEMORY
Elitegroup RS480-M (RS480MV10) Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ venice
X-QPack Aluminum Mini 420Watt Case with 3 See-Thru Windows

sry.. i have been searching everywhere for the past week and finally decided that i need help from experts. when i search i see programs to check the stablility but never a program to oc it. Clockgen doesnt work cuz i dont have the specific motherbaord. i want to upgrade my cpu as much as I can. thank you for helping.

if anything can u gives plz link me to sites to explain about the multiplier htt, etc

First of all welcome to the forum fill out ya specs under user cp at the top of the page and we can all go from there. There is plenty of help around this forum be sure of that!!! There is some very switched on and capable people with some outrageos overclocks that can help us all along the way so enjoy and get overclocking
