Keep it under 55C full load..... those are normal temps....... Your CPU's max temp is 70C though but that is no where near where you should keep it at.

any ideas on how to get it cooler then 46c idle n 50c load

There are alot of ways to cool your CPU. It just depends on what type u want air, water or Phaze and how much u want to spend. For air i like my Vaopchill mirco moded with a Thermatake fan. But there alot of cooling options out there. It just depends on how much your willing to spend. Give me a price and ill see what u can get for your money.

i have water cooling man its brand new spack new i just bought with my cpu from newegg for like 90 bucks but thanks for the help am begining to think thats the stock temps for my cpu but i don't like them at all

Thats weird do u have it OCed at all? or just stock with the watter cooler on it. aslo how hot is it were u live that also a factor to look in to. Like im in seattle and it cold and rainy all the time so my temps r low. What case fans r u running?did u use AS5 for the CPU? sorry aobut the quetions just trying to find out what we can do to get the temps lower.
