My rig (is in my sig)

My pc is very DUSTY. So that is my main guess here. the system can be stable for over a month without it crashing while surfing the web, watching a movie, reading text, email

However, once I start playing video games i get the below error.

Your computer restarts, and a critical error message that resembles the following is recorded in the event log:

Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power
Event ID: 41
Level: Critical
Description:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I would also like to add I even downclocked my videocard & put my PC at stock settings.

same result<
crashed while gaming.

However, while lower my clocks on my videocard & voltage i was able to play battlefield 3 last night on ultra settings for 4 hours on metro (no crashes)

i thought i fixed it and i just tried playing sleeping dogs and it crashed again. video goes out monitor blinks and the system crashes hard

::Running memtest now

While gaming I have my GPU temps is somewhere around 59-62 (with fan speed @ 100%)

CPU temps e.g. cores are around 70's to high 60's

What are the drivers you are currently running for your graphics card?
Have you tried turning down the graphics settings and turning some settings off?

My laptop does this and its caused by the display driver crashing. Turning off some graphics settings fixed it for me.

You may notice this problem happening when you are looking at certain stuff.
