Hyper 212 evo will fit perfectly on your Elite 430 case with about 1.75 cm space between the side panel.
I have a hyper212 on mine and it still fits even with oversized 140mm fans.

As for what to expect in performance, it will be huge.
Even my old Athlon X3 wiped the floor with my first gen Phenom X3 8450

Yep it fits with little to spare. Have not posted in a while , been busy playing on the new machine! I left the CPU stock for about a month. Just did some overclocking/ benchmarking today. I have it at 4.821 ghz at 1.428 volts. With the cpu at 4.821 ghz it sits at 19 c idle and has maxed out at 47 c during cpu benchmark. All stock settings I have seen 7 c at idle and usual 35-40 c when gaming or multitasking.

Disabled cool and quiet , turbo core , all power saving states , added +.150 cpu voltage and 24 multiplier , did absolutely nothing else.

This thing is a blast to run!!! Have not found a game yet that will not hit 45fps at max settings with a Diamond 6770 HD. Thanks for all the input , you guys helped out a lot!!!!!
