Looks good, I would change out the ram for the G.Skill Ares http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31600c9d8gab as its slightly nicer ram and its cheaper.
Also swap out that PSU for this one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 as its cheaper as just as good of a unit IMO.

Here's what I would choose.

Can't say anything good about that MSI Motherboard.

If you can fit an aftermarket CPU Cooler in it would be nice. The OEM AMD one is pretty loud. Although it cools decent.

Where did the optical drive go, also 650W is totally pointless, same as getting 1866 Corsair LP. This G.Skill http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f314900cl9d8gbsr is the same speed and overall better ram. And its cheaper by over $10. Also he needs the mouse and keyboard sooooooo your option is not viable in any way.

There I modified it. The main thing was getting a higher quality build with not much more cost. I figured the OP could add their mouse and keyboard (and generic DVD Drive) onto the list if they wanted to go that route.

I went with the Corsair because of the aesthetics on that motherboard. (Kingstons look kind of blah) Those GSkills do look nice too so I updated the parts listing.

Changed the PSU for the 20$ difference, although the 650W would be good if the rig was ever overclocked. Not because if will use that much, but because of the current draw on the rail from the 8 Core FX. (Also a viable option for future Crossfire)

id also vote not getting that mobo.

i'd suggest the Asus m5a99x newegg has open box for $95, or $105 after rebate

It's a great board with tons of features, OC headroom, and the latest chipset
