When I am playing CS:S I will get a BSOD saying "Page Fault in Non-Paged Area", then "Beginning Physical Memory Dump", then my computer restarts. Whats the deal with this?

I'm guessing a problem with your paging file (obviously) but I have no idea how to troubleshoot that yet, so just consider me as just what I am: an opinion-spewing newbie.

Although I did get a RAM dump BSOD message when my RAM was very unstable, so that's a good possibility as well.

Really? Do you know if there is a patch or something?

Give a read through that.

Try and disable one core and then try and play and see if you crash. Also, try some different drivers.

to set your page file properly go here....

Right click "my computer"
select properties
click advanced tab.
click settings under performance
hit the advanced tab again
under virtual memory, click change
select "custom size"
and input the size of your memory under "initial" and "maximum"
if you have 2G of memory, put in 2048 for both fields, and click SET
Restart computer.
i would advise defragmenting your harddrive when it boots, then restart again..you should be good to go..
