hey guys, i have a few questions

1. i got a new lappy. its a gateway. heres some specs, tell me what you think

a64 3400 mobile
2 gbs of ram
radeon x600 mobility
15.4'' screen
dvd burner


2. im looking for a good usb mouse cuzz i cant stand the pads on lapys...

i was thinking... should i get the mx510 for 45$ tax in or the razer diamondback for 80$ tax in or the g5 for 55$ tax in?


3. do you guys know of any bit torrent clients where you can download but you can choose to not let people upload without getting penalized on your dl speed? right now im using bitlord and when i put o kbs for dl i get like 1 kbps dl's.

hmm....i personaly would pick the g5 (due to the fact that i have no income and i'm as broke as a crack wh0r3 livin' by the "crack shack" in a box)

Utorrent or bittorrent have good options, also the g5 would look like a good choice also. Very decent lappy you got there.

oh, as for torrents, bitlord has an amazingly simple setup w/ user adustable upload and download speeds.

I have seen some friends using "netwatcher pro" to monitor/limit their network traffic. You can change a number of parameters of your network connection like the upload limitation.
BTW, nice lappy

hmmm....sounds like what bitlord has.

in bitlord, it's just built in there and you can go to prefrences and adjust your upld/dwnld speed. like.....if you have something you REALLY want to download, you set the upld speed from "No Limit" to like....for DSL, 20 kps. it is handy.
