so does it work with the dfi board that i want will it post if i put this memory in the pc ?

Awesome . Those are Winbond UTT BH-5 chips. They are some of the best chips for LanParty boards. You'll be able to do 250 MHz (DDR500) 2-2-2-5 @ 3.5 volts at first, but after you burn them in, you may only 3.4 or so. Some of these can get up to 270 MHz (DDR540) 2-2-2-5 @ 3.6 volts, but you'll need some good cooling for that amount of voltage. You could probably even use CL1.5, but I don't see the point.

i read in some reviews that the memory cant do 2-2-2-5 at any voltages i dont want to try it incase i damage it or can i damage it what type of cooling can you get for memory ?

Heatspreader and good airflow is your options for cooling your RAM. Put a fan on the side of your case that will flow over the RAM if your that worried about it. And, no it isnt true that you cant get 2-2-2-5 at any voltages. Timings will not ruin your RAM, only the heat that is generated by running higher voltages.

Not pushing my own gear, but the Zalman CNPS7700 is a great RAM/CPU cooler

If at first it doesn't fit...get the RotoZip
