Help with BIOS on a DFI nF4 Utlra-D - Overclock.net

In order to unlock all the BIOS options, do I need to Flash the BIOS. Also do i have to do that in order to OC.

You should have the latest BIOS before you OC. I don't know about the unlock thing, All my options are unlocked (maybe because I flashed?)
