Hey all, Im gearing up to sell the major parts of my computer, seeing as the Q6600 price drop is on the 22nd. I will be selling these components in the for sale section when my parts start arriving, so keep an eye open if you're interested.

CHIP: AMD 3000+ Venice, 1.8ghz.
This chip runs 24/7 2650mhz, but Ive had it at 2.8ghz long enough for superPI. Prime95 probably failed at this point. It's been run at about 1.6vcore for its lifetime, and it has been watercooled also. I would say the max temperature it has ever been at would be 50C, but it is much cooler for daily usage.

RAM: G.SKILL 2GB DDR500

The ram is great, back when DDR was mainstream it was one of the best sets you could buy. It ran 24/7 at its rated speed for quite a while, but I was successful in getting it to run at 288mhz, or DDR576. It is currently running 3-5-5-9 timings, but the set is rated for 3-4-4-8.

VIDEO CARD: ATI X800XT Platinum Edition

This card was flashed from an X800 pro, which enabled all 16 pipelines. It runs hot, and is watercooled. The watercooling keeps it stable, at around 32C Idle. A stock cooler probably wont work, but I have a lapped Ati Silencer 4 that will probably handle it better that I will include when I sell this.

Motherboard: DFI NF3 Ultra-D
AGP board, everything works fine. The chipset fan stopped working, but I left it on there and it had no effect on its performance. I have all the disks, manuals, and that sort of thing.

That's all, appraise away

Its good to hear the ram at least would still be valuable, Id like to see what the motherboard and video card are worth too, as those are the more major parts that give my system the power it has.

I just sold my RAM for $220 and it goes on eBay for about the same, so I would say $200 (thats the price it goes for in US) for the RAM.

CPU = $25

Mobo = $50?

Not sure on the graphics card sorry

Have a question? Feel free to PM.

Well, thats best buy, haha... I know that they overcharge, plus mine would have to have aftermarket cooling to not overheat. Watercooling, or hopefully the Arctic Silencer that I have yet to try (Its the one I lapped in my photo gallery).
