I just installed a Iceberg 4 w/ AS5 for my 9800 Pro. Does ithave a break in period like the CPU? If so should I run stock setings before I try overclocking the video card? If so, How long before I start overclocking? Will my overclocks get better with time as the AS5 cures? Right now my clocks are only 395/378.

Just go right to OCing the card keeping an eye on your temperatures. You want to keep load temps. below 65*C (70*C MAX). The AS5 takes some time to break in, so you can expect slightly lower temps. after a while.

I have no temp sensor on my card.....I do however have a homemade cooler that sits on the back of the card w/ a plexiglass shell that vents out the back. Also a 92mm fan tha sits on the botom side panel directly under the video card.

I would suggest a moderate overclock and set the ATITOOL to do an artifact search and leave it run for quite a few hours then let it sit for 1hr or so and fire it up again and bring the overclock back up to near 75% and let it run like that for a couple of days (AS5 optimal performance can be seen around the 200hr mark) but I only give it about 3days on 24/7 with the CPU or GPU under load.

cheers
