If you have 1U processors, then they won't work together. The 2U processors are made to work together. If you try to put a 1U procesor in a server setup, It's like trying to put 2 165 Optys in a server setup (when you need 2x265 or another 2xx processor combonation). The 1U's are made to work alone, and 2U's are made to work together (2x1U's won't post).
Oh, they are 2Us then. They were chillin in the board when he handed it to me.

Symmetric Multi Processor Errors. These errors relate to using more than a single operating processing unit within a computer system.

These errors are not detected or active when using a dual/quad core processor from within a single pin socket.

SMP errors occur because certain applications are unable to assign data to the second processor as they are unable to reserve access for the processor bus channels.

These errors can occur in regards to Floating Point Unit data association, and mainly cache allocation on the other processor.

Hopefully you will not have any problems, just warning you in case they arise.

Ugh...If they happen I'll scrap the board and make two computers

About the SMP errors - my mom has an old dell workstation with two single core xeons and it plays games all day every day. Two separate physical processors - no errors yet. I sure hope you don't get any.
