Look good. ATI suggests 450w for HD3870 but your PSU may works. May pay $10 more for Antec earthwatts EA500

That PSU won't run HD 3870 worth ****,too few A on the 12V rails and questionable stability.

I guarantee i'll get flamed but,PC with 8600GT or HD 2600XT + Decent PSU >>>>>>>> HD 3870 with crappy PSU,simply because the PC with 'crappy' card and good PSU will actually run good.
