As it is now, you're going to be wasting the potential of the 2 cards, and it's much easier to add a card than to sell the monitor you have and buy a new one.

If you're against that, then I'd just scrap the second 4870 and stick with 1. Also, consider that DX11 cards will be coming out before too long, so no point in getting a bunch of money wrapped up in dx10 cards that will lose value quickly over the next year.
My friend refused 1920x1080 screen, he specifially wants that 22" . And those 4870's are dirt cheap, because they could cost up to 300-400 USD before.

I know DX11 comes soon, but my friend doesn't really use DX10 anyway either lol.

And I chosed the Quad core because some of the games he play needs the 4 cores bad. If not, I think I can OC the CPU to atleast 2.60 GHz which makes it more powerful.

As much as I want my rig sold, just the thought of sending it overseas is too much hassle for me ^^,

Looks good. That's a solid build for non-OC rig. 4870 is a 150w GPU. That 750tx has plenty of power for that rig. The performance will be different between x48 and P45 but not that noticiable in some cases.
