We I was hoping I would be able to do some testing this weekend, but no luck. Still missing to many parts.

I did start my first atempt at sleeving. I just did the USB cables for the additional ports. I would like to get started on the PSU, but I want to make sure the cables are all the correct length, and I have not gotten my plug tools yet.

The sleeving looks good, but IMO I would NOT go any further with it in case you need to RMA something, because taking components apart to sleeve most likely voids a warranty, not sure if you checked into it.

I wanted to test fit and start everything up before I started with all the rest of the sleeving, case mods, and water cooling. I want to make sure all the parts are OK.

That means I will need to wait till next weekend, since the rest of my parts don't show up till Friday

Memory showed up today.

I plugged in one video card, all the memory, the CPU with the OEM fan, a keyboard, mouse, USB DVD, the SSDs and the powersupply.

Updated BIOS on motherboard.

Updated the Firmware on both SSD drives.

Set the SSDs up as RAID1 and loaded WIN 7.

Ran from the CMD:

fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify

DisableDeleteNotify = 0

So I assume TRIM is working in RAID on the SSDs.

Now need to wait till I get the rest of my parts, so I can keep moving on my project.

I was looking for Firmware Updates for my WD20EARS drives, but couldn't find any.

Got some more parts.

Also started sleeving the Video Power Cables. I have included before and after pictures.

Also a picture of my temp setup to test everything until I get my case (hopefully by this weekend).

Can't wait to see it finish. So keep up the good work. I'm working on a similar rig but I'm planning on using gtx 480. Also Corsair is sold out of those rams =/

Got my RAM from Corsair the other day, I must have gotten one of the last ones they had instock.

Just checked tracking info. Case and most of the rest of the parts should be here tomorrow.

Will be a busy weekend.

I bet ^_^

Well I'm stuck between Lian Li PC-A77F or the Corsair 800D. I like the layout of Lian Li more.
