Can't say I have either but here's some info just in case you want to paint a fan black. Just use a really really really light paint so you don't throw off the bearings.

AC Ryan makes some 120mm UV Reactive Fans that have UV LED's inside them. They rock because they don't need Cathodes to make them glow because of the LED's.

There's a guy on selling some. I bought a few from him and they rock. They push 77+ CFM's of air and are really quiet. You can then paint them black. Or you ca

just try black marker or something on the blades dont cover the whole thing just try part of it really dont know just experiment i guess.
